Agenda:

Schools ensure that all the graduates learn of the notice, and organize the graduates back to school to attend the fair on time;

Related Offices get ready for contact and reception of the news media, layout of the venue, logistics, security, medical services, etc;

Schools submit lists of classrooms vacant and available on April 9 to Room N103 of the Office Building before 5 pm on April 7;

Schools arrange for faculty on duty to deal with the reception of employers and matters concerned with sealing on the agreement and recommendation table of employment on April 9.
