On December 2, a
delegation from Jeonju University of South Korea paid a visit to NYNU. On that
morning, a symposium was held in the conference room of the OfficeBuilding.
Shao Shufeng and Kan Yunchao, Vice President of NYNU, as well as officials from
related schools and departments attended the meeting.
The Symposium Held in theOfficeBuilding
On behalf of NYNU, Kan Yunchao extended warm welcome to the delegation;
Shao Shufeng gave an overall introduction of the university, expecting
comprehensive cooperation betweenJeonjuUniversityand NYNU on
the basis of bilateral communication. During the symposium, a deep and detailed
discussion was conducted on Sino-Korean cooperative program of cultivation and
an agreement on concrete items (courses, textbooks and the like) was reached at
length.
The Delegation Visiting the Featured Lab
On the afternoon, the delegation stopped by the School of Journalism and Communication. Related officials of the School were present at the
following symposium, at which the delegation spoke highly of the students’
original works presented. Jin Yizeng, Dean of the School, gave a brief
introduction of the school and accompanied the delegation on a visit to the
featured laboratory.
