Speaker’s Background and Brief Introduction:
Zeng Lijuan, associate professor at the School of Foreign Languages, Zhengzhou University, is now a postgraduate tutor of English Linguistics and MTI, an English instructor of MBA, EMBA and Distance Education as well as an examiner of BEC Vantage and Higher, IELTS and Spoken English of CET Band 4 and 6.
Professor Zeng has been engaged in online courses. In 2014, video of her open class, Cultural Differences and Intercultural Communication, was available on the Net of icourse and Netease simultaneously and had nearly twenty thousand audience. And then, Cultural Differences and Intercultural Communication, the first massive open online course (MOOC) of Zhengzhou University, has been on the Net of zhihuishu, the largest online education platform in China, since the November of 2015. By now, numerous students from 72 Chinese universities have taken her online course as their optional course and spoken highly of it.
