On March 23, In order to further promote the cooperation between NYNU and Touro College Berlin in Germany, Nanyang Normal University held the project promotion video meeting with Touro College Berlin in Room 409 of Science and Technology Building. Vice President Liu Honglin and relevant leaders from Office of Teaching Affairs, Admissions Office, International Office, School of Economics and Management, School of Computer Science and Technology attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Cao Luman, director of International Office. 

Rector Sara Nachama then introduced Touro College Berlin in Germany and the headquarters of Touro College in the US in detail. He said he was very glad to have the chance to cooperate with NYNU, and hoped that the two universities would carry out substantive cooperation, plan cooperation mode and majors in a scientific way, dock the talent training scheme carefully, and promote bilateral cooperation to be carries out as soon as possible.
