On the morning of December 8, invited by School of Mechatronics Engineering, Professor Xu Yang of College of Engineering, China Agricultural University, gave a report online entitled Rapid Detection Technology Research of Agricultural Products Based on Spectral Analysis.
Professor Xu Yang introduced the basis of spectral analysis technology from the characteristics, application, common methods, model establishment and accuracy affecting factors of spectral analysis. Then he shared some research work and obtaining results in the two specific application examples of spectral analysis, namely, the quality and safety rapid detection of fresh beef and hyperspectral corn characteristics detection. After the report, Professor Xu also shared the relevant experience of how to do a good job in the teaching competition from reasonable topic selection, teaching content design, PPT making and blackboard writing, explaining skills and ability, and discussed the questions raised by the teachers attending the meeting.
Professor Xu’s report expands the scientific research ideas and teaching methods of teachers and students in our university and is of guiding significance for further carrying out scientific research projects, promoting the construction of scientific research teams and improving teaching skills.
