[Lecture] Discussion on “Quchang Music” and Its Research and Teaching

Report Introduction: Starting from the research in the history of music, integrating teaching practice, this report provides an introduction and analysis of the artistic development trajectory of “quchang music” (a form of traditional Chinese narrative singing), and through communication, explores a series of academic topics in the research and teaching of “quchang” music.
Introduction to the speaker: Wu Wenke, Honorary Director and Researcher at the Quyi Research Institute of the China Academy of Arts, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Member of the Teaching Steering Committee at the Graduate School of the China Academy of Arts, and Director of the Department of Drama, Opera, and Quyi Studies. He has authored monographs such as History of Chinese Quyi and The Art of Chinese Quyi. He has presided over several major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund and key projects of the National Arts Science Plan.
