On April 25, Nanyang Normal University held its 2026 Spring Job Fair for graduates at the Middle Campus Basketball Court. Heads and employment specialists from various schools were present to engage with employer needs, promote the university’s graduates, and build a bridge between supply and demand.
The dual selection fair established publicity points for employment legal education, employment policies, enlistment policies, and study abroad information, while also setting up recruitment zones for the education industry, non-education industries, Wolong District, Sheqi County, alumni enterprises, and the Wolong Maker Space. Many departments of our university collaborated to broaden employment channels and provide service support. Among these, the employment legal education publicity point conducted legal education on employment safety for students, strengthening the safety defenses for graduates in their job search. At the employment policy publicity point, staff from the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship offered services such as one-on-one policy interpretation, resume diagnostics, and job-seeking skill guidance to graduates. In the Wolong Maker Space recruitment zone, our university’s incubating enterprises actively absorbed graduates from our institution, giving back to the university as a gesture of reciprocation. The dual selection fair also provided interview classrooms, with multiple employers conducting immediate interviews simultaneously, enabling graduates to efficiently secure job offers and reach employment intentions.
The dual-selection fair launched a “live-streamed job recruitment” activity through the “Nanyang Normal University Career Guidance and Service Center” video channel, showcasing real-time introductions of employers and detailed job postings.
After the dual-selection meeting, various schools actively responded by inviting representatives from some employing units to hold symposiums. Representatives from the employing units, based on their practical needs, offered opinions and suggestions on matters such as advancing future recruitment cooperation.
