On the morning of August 14, the opening ceremony of the 2017 Symposium on Topological Research was held in the Lecture Hall of the Office Building at NYNU. Professor Zhao Bin, doctoral supervisor and Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xi'an Jiaotong University, experts and scholars from Shaanxi Normal University and Jiangxi Normal University, and relevant leaders, officials and teachers at NYNU were present at the symposium.

As an annual academic activity, the 2017 Symposium on Topological Research hosted by NYNU is not only the presentation of the latest achievements on Topological Research, but can also promote positive development of the research field. It is believed that academic exchange and cooperation derived from the symposium would be significant to the progress of scientific research of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at NYNU.
