Cheng Gang, who received a bachelor’s degree in Physics and then a master’s degree in Condensed Matter Physics at Henan University, earned his doctor’s degree in Condensed Matter Physics at Jilin University, and stayed at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, as a visiting scholar from 2013 to 2016, is now a doctorial tutor and recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He has long been engaged in the research of One Dimensional Nanostructures for Optoelectronic Devices.
