As the Spring Festival of the Dragon Year approached, leaders of the International Office of NYNU visited the foreign teachers in their apartments in the second residential area of the school and expressed good wishes, on the morning of February 6th. They brought milk, rice, roasted chicken, noodles, and festive gifts such as the character for “fortune” and mugwort handicrafts to the foreign teachers.

Cao Luman, the head of the International Office, on behalf of the school, extended a warm New Year’s greeting and holiday wishes to every foreign teacher, expressing gratitude for their hard work over the past year. She stated that foreign teachers are an important part of our school’s faculty team. For a long time, the school has always attached great importance to the introduction of foreign talent, striving to provide a good working and living environment for foreign teachers. She inquired in detail about the holiday arrangements of each foreign teacher, reminding them to pay attention to fire safety and personal safety when going out during the holiday, and to have a peaceful and harmonious Spring Festival.

To assure foreign teachers to experience more of the Chinese Spring Festival culture and feel the essence of the “Chinese New Year”, after the visits and greetings, the International Office also organized an activity for foreign teachers and international students to make dumplings together to celebrate the New Year.
