Introduction to the Speaker: Zhang Jianwei, professor of the School of Law, Tsinghua University. He obtained his Master of Law and Doctor of Law degrees from China University of Political Science and Law in 1992 and 2000 respectively. He has authored seven legal monographs, two textbooks, and published four academic essays.
