Lecture Content: I. Overview; II. Research Paradigms of Han Dynasty Portraits: traditional research methods and paradigms, current research status and deficiencies, critical thinking on research paradigms; III. Theoretical Innovation and Practical Application: expansion and innovation in theoretical directions, analysis of practical cases, new perspectives in art history and cultural studies.
Introduction to the speaker: Lan Fang, Professor, Doctor of Design, Postdoctoral in Chinese Language and Literature, vice dean of the School of Fine Arts at Jiangsu Normal University, Master’s Program Supervisor. She is a member of the Chinese Literary Theory Association, of the Chinese Han Painting Society, and of the Jiangsu Aesthetics Association. She has got the the National Social Science Fund for Art twice, led and completed more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level projects, and published two monographs, and over 30 academic papers. She has organized and presided over multiple cultural and creative work exhibitions and think tank forums.
