Introduction to the speaker: Chai Baoyong, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, School of Government Management, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of Planning and Evaluation Division, director of Research Center of Party Regulations and State Supervision, and leader of Party Regulations Discipline. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of political science theory, party politics, and party regulations. He has presided over several projects of the National Social Science Foundation (including one major project), two projects of the Beijing Philosophy and Society Planning Project (including one major project), and several projects of the Ministry of Education and other ministries. He has published more than 90 papers in Management World, CASS Journal of Political Science, Studies on Marxism, People’s Daily, etc. He has also published several books, including Study on the Identity of Political Parties, Concept, Framework and Practice of Party Politics. He was selected by the Ministry of Education as one of the “New Century Excellent Talents” support programs, and is the chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Foundation.
