Abstract: Performance and quality of agricultural products are of great significance to their application. For example, tenderness, moisture content, freshness, and expiration date of beef and other qualities are becoming more and more important to consumers. The performance of corn stalk is closely related to its lodging resistance, and the performance of corn grain is closely related to its mechanical harvesting performance. However, there are problems in the traditional detection methods, such as long detection time, heavy workload, low efficiency and need to destroy the samples, so they can not realize non-destructive and rapid detection and can not meet the needs of the rapid development of the industry. Spectral analysis technology is a new rapid nondestructive testing technology with many advantages, such as, no damage, easy to operate, high detection efficiency, convenient real-time online detection, etc. Therefore, using spectral analysis as a technical means to study the performance and quality index of some agricultural products, is of theoretical and practical application value.
