Abstract:“Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth”. Through the cases, the phenomena observed in the cryosphere are introduced, and the basic principles and development trends of the phenomena are mined in combination with the knowledge of basic physics and mechanics. Then the simple mathematical functions are selected to describe these trends. Finally, the mathematical model that can describe the physical phenomena is established, and the coefficients in the model are determined by the measured prototype data.
