Founded in 2004, Green Environment Protection Association is a University association mainly involved in promoting environment awareness, running field investigations, generally integrating practices and public welfare oriented into the association. Since its founding, it offered help to University’s annual Sports Games, and organized large variety of activities, such as, Earth One Hour, NanyangCity. It has received invitations from the Environment Protection Bureau of Nanyang City, and the newspaper Nanyang Evening News for engaging in activities like, Say No to Fog and Haze, Massive Reports on the Day of June 5th, and well-received.
